These are some of the general types of massage I practice. I include trigger point massage, gua sha, myofascial decompression and manual lymphatic drainage techniques. If you have any doubts send me a WhatsApp and we can discuss your requirements.

Relaxing Massage

You deserve some self care. Busy life and stressful demands often leave us overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious and our body holding onto tension. A soft to medium intensity full body massage to restore your balance, melt away tension, aches and fatigue.

Sport Massage

More than just for rock climbing, running, cycling, hiking or any other sport – a physical job can also be hard on the body. I focus on the most worked muscles groups for your sport/job. Ideal for when you are taking a rest day, after competition/intense effort or for optimal recovery during training. Includes some deeper tissue massage to reduce tension and improve mobility.

Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle massage aimed at removing toxin build up in the lymphatic system. Illness, surgery, fibromyalgia and other conditions such as immobility due to age or injury can cause swelling or congestion in the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is vital to health and wellness and can sometimes use a hand when under stress to help the body to recover and improve the immune system.
