These are some of the general types of massage I offer. I include various techniques combined to meet your needs. Some techniques are trigger point massage, gua sha, myofascial decompression, deep tissue massage and manual lymphatic drainage techniques. Pregnancy Massage

Does your pregnancy make you uncomfortable? Bringing new life into this world is a wonderful gift, but it is a time of great changes in the woman’s body. Do you have joint swelling, pain and discomfort and feeling stressed? Come in for a specialized prenatal massage. Designed to make you feel safe and comfortable. With so many benefits such as stress reduction, improved circulation, reduced swelling, tension release, hormone regulation, improved sleep and reduced pain.

Research shows that pregnancy massage is recommended after the first 12 weeks. If you have any concerns please consult your doctor.

Sports Massage

A massage designed for your sport. Taking consideration for the effect your particular sport or activity has on your body usually causes a repetitive action and creates patterns of stress and tension. Sport massage uses a few different techniques to help re-balance the body and keep you going.
